In 1999 the site was again revised, using the Faculty of Health Sciences Web Education System. The style of the logo, headers and buttons has been retained throughout. In 2000 the site was returned to the Faculty of Health Sciences web server, which we hope will be a permanent arrangement. In 2004 we changed the name from Action Research On Web to Action and Research Open Web (AROW). More about the history of AROW is included in Hughes, I. (2002).
