"Investigating the psychosocial and cultural response to ADHD in Australia, New Zealand and the United Kingdom"

          This ongoing collaborative study is being undertaken by Judith Hudson, Research Associate and lecturer in Special Education Needs at the University of Gloucestershire, Cheltenham UK. It is investigating key questions about the prevalence and treatments of ADHD in each of the three countries. Completion and results are to be published Spring 2008. The study is concerned primarily in changes that have occurred in terms of the prevalence of ADHD since 1993 to the present day and examines the implications of changes in terms of cultural issues. The study is using evidence-based methodology to examine such changes.

"Children and Adolescents with ADHD and Difficulties in Time Management"

          Researchers at The University of Western Australia's Centres for Child and Adolescent Related Disorder are developing time management strategies to help children/adolescents with AD/HD function more effectively in school and at home. Researchers are looking for the help of children/adolescents with AD/HD, parents of children/adolescents with AD/HD and teachers of children/adolescents with AD/HD to participate in their online questionnaire Salience, Organization and Management of Anxiety Towards Time Scale.
