Have individual commitments been sought? [ ]
Has the planning schedule been arranged? [ ]
Has the location of the meetings arranged? [ ]
Have the contributing stakeholders been identified? [ ]
Has the stakeholders’ involvement in planning being identified? [ ]
Have the internal and external environment been studied? [ ]
Are we aware of factors that enhance, strengthen or weaken the planning process? [ ]
Is there enough commitment from the decision-makers and participants for successful planning? [ ]
