Learning Set Forms

Note: These forms are not currently used in Research Learning Circles.

Click the links on the left of this page to download forms in RTF format. Save them to your disk, then open the forms in your word processor to print them or use them.

Read 'Learning Set Record' as well as notes below for tips on how to use the forms. Bring them to each meeting.

1. Agenda

Use this form when preparing for a learning set meeting, and in the first phase of the meeting to record the agenda agreed to. Refer back to this page during the meeting to keep focussed on what is going on. For more information, read Learning Set Agenda

2. Project

Use as many copies of this sheet as you need. (You may like to copy this to both sides of a sheet of paper). For each member's project. make notes about what is said by that member and others. Both during and after the meeting use this form to reflect on each presentation, and not what was not said in the left-hand column.

3. Items

Use this form in a similar way to the project sheet, but to record what is said and not said about the agenda items.

4. Blank

This form is a blank page for you to take notes in your own preferred style, or to draw diagrams or doodles of what happens during a learning set meeting, and in reflection on the meeting.
