Presenting a Directory

Check with your lecturer or academic supervisor for specific requirements. In general, collate the directory with:

  1. Assignment cover sheet;
  2. Front page or cover of directory;
  3. Statement of authorship, acknowledging all contributions;
  4. Tables of contents, maps, etc.
  5. Introduction, including a brief description of the community;
  6. Explanation of how to use the directory, and how it is organised;
  7. Overview or brief description of services listed;
  8. Information about services and agencies in the community, in systematic format and order;
  9. One or more maps showing location, boundaries, and major transport routes;
  10. Index(s) if any.
  11. List of sources, list of references, bibliography.
